Social Groups
Our social groups are smoke, alcohol & drug free spaces where young people can connect with one another in a friendly, supportive and inclusive environment. Each of our groups are youth-led and hosted by trained facilitators. Our groups aren't just for “out” queer and gender diverse youth too - if you're unsure about your identity, this is just as much your space as it is ours!
New faces are always welcome! Find the group(s) that feel right for you, follow their social media, and check out our social groups calendar below. When you're ready, drop by their next session—our friendly facilitators will be there to welcome you and help you settle in!
Parents and caregivers are welcome to drop off a young person at a group but won’t be able to stay. This policy helps us ensure a safe and private space for our young people. Explore our groups by region below!

Each centre offers a relaxed space where rainbow young people, their friends, and whānau can connect, access support services, and pick up free resources—including our community wardrobe. Check out your region’s page for opening times and locations, and come say hi!
