Gender Affirming Healthcare
25th March 2019
Auckland Sexual Health Services will be moving to e-consultations (over the phone). Please do not leave home to attend a clinic. If you have an appointment already scheduled, your specialist will call you via phone at your scheduled appointment time. Doctors will be able to renew prescriptions via fax direct to your pharmacy, and you will be able to pick up your hormones from your local pharmacy. Please ensure you have your pharmacy details handy for your doctor : they will need the name of your pharmacy, the pharmacy’s mailing address and the pharmacy’s fax number. Travel to your pharmacy is allowed under the new travel restrictions.
It is crucial to be enrolled with a GP at this time, as it may become necessary for your GP to administer your hormones. Please get in touch with us via firstname.lastname@example.org if you need help with this, or you can contact Jove Horton from Auckland Sexual Health at 021 589 519.
Centre For Youth Health
Due to limits on travel and re-deployment of staff , the Centre for Youth Health have significantly reduced clinical service, but are available for provision of advice and essential care over the upcoming weeks.
If you need to contact a staff member please email email@example.com or PH-2612272.
